Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us to request a return.
How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at info@nuaphotography.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with our return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Printed to Order All of our prints are produced to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We will accept returns of undamaged items at the buyer's expense and issue a full refund upon receipt.
Your Responsibilities for Returns The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. You may return the item by post or drop it off at our address below. You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely and appropriately packaged for return. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If an item is returned in a diminished condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting that reduction in value from your refund.
Damages and Issues If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@nuaphotography.com. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it under the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
